Not once but many times,I felt that this store takes more time to deliver the food (especially the dine-in orders). Even the people at the front are unresponsive for the customers. It is very casually happening at this particular store . Even after plenty of suggestions being said to deliver the food at least not more than 30 mins, they continue to do it! Would definitely recommend ordering in other outlets for a faster delivery at least!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered two simple cheese burst margarita pizza. How hard can it be? Got a dry dough with cheese that cannot be found even with a reading glass on. On top, the delivery person scratched his head and mentioned that the store forgot to add seasonings. Called up the store to request number of escalation manager. A guy called Dharani picked up and claimed that he is the manager and asked me to state my complaint. I mentioned the problem and asked him what he can do to remedy the situation in the future (nowhere until this point I had even asked for a refund) as this is the not the first time I faced this but on previous two instances I faced similar issues and that only now I am calling up to raise a concern. He asked me to send a photo to which I agreed but he pressed on and suggested that people raise such complaints for free lunch(in Tamil he called OC) and quickly added that he was not suggesting that I am taking a free lunch now. This person is not even trained to handle customer grievance and he has the audacity to claim he is the store manager. The funny part was that he casually said that this is the first time someone called in to complain about the quality. Doesn't he even read his store's google reviews ? How many reviews have mentioned similar issues and what action have you taken? Worst service and worst staff. Just hopeless case. Please don't even bother to order from here if it is the last place you find. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
