The key aspect of this restaurant is the Italian cuisine. Domino's Pizza offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. But a number of guests who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.
I along with my family recently had a highly disappointing experience at the Domino's Pizza shop located in Vivra Mall. I visited the restaurant for a dine-in experience, and I must say it was a total letdown. My primary concerns revolve around the severe delay in service and the complete lack of attention given to dine-in customers. It was evident that their sole focus was on fulfilling app orders for delivery, leaving dine-in customers feeling neglected. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice that the majority of the staff were busy rushing around to fulfill app orders for delivery. The priority given to these orders was glaringly evident, with staff members huddled around the kitchen area, packaging orders for delivery, and leaving the dine-in area virtually ignored. As the minutes turned into what felt like hours, I couldn't help but wonder if I had made a mistake choosing to dine in. Eventually, I was able to place my order, but the wait for my pizza was agonizingly long. I watched as multiple delivery drivers came and went, while I was left with no updates. Furthermore, during my entire visit, I saw no service attendants attending to the few dine-in customers who were patiently waiting for their orders. It was as if we were invisible to the staff, and any attempt to seek assistance or inquire about our orders fell on deaf ears. In the end, my dine-in experience at Domino's Pizza in Vivra Mall was nothing short of a disaster. The blatant disregard for dine-in customers in favor of app orders for delivery left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining in at this establishment to think twice, as you may end up feeling like an afterthought in a restaurant that seems more interested in its delivery business.
