Worst dine-in experience at Domino’s, Alwarthirunagar (Chennai). The first floor was not serviceable, and the ground floor had about five tables, none of which were cleaned. Even after requesting the staff to clean one for us, no action was taken. We eventually had to clear someone else’s trash ourselves, and six of us ended up squeezing around a tiny table because the larger one was extremely dirty. The washroom at this outlet is unacceptably filthy, a serious hygiene concern. It was so dirty and smelly that it was impossible to even step in to wash our hands. The overall cleanliness and service levels are shockingly poor, making me question the hygiene standards in the kitchen as well. If maintaining basic dine-in hygiene is such a challenge, this outlet might as well function as a cloud kitchen. Extremely disappointed and will not be visiting or ordering from here ever again. Ordered Sourdough Slim Pesto Chicken Pizza but received without basil pesto in it. When we called the store and asked, they simply said, the ingredient was expired hence we prepared with what we had. I paid 700rs for this pizza but what we received is not acceptable considering the price we are paying. When I asked about the resolution, the store representative just put the call on hold and left it. After 5 min when I called again, they rudely said to raise a ticket and they will talk with their supervisor. I raised a ticket and after 12hrs I received a mail saying, “We are unable to contact you on the number provided in your feedback.”. But I did not received any call and my mobile number was active through the day. This is very bad service from big reputed corporate companies like Dominos. Very very worst experience. I order pizza 12.30am in domino's app still 1.45am order not delivered then no one response to me... After I contact the restaurant person he said over was fired but how after 15 min my order received... 30 min promise is full of scam.... I ordered farmhouse pan pizza but received burnt normal pizza... Very worst experience... I raised concern and put mail but the restaurant couldn't call me but close the concern..
