One of the worst customer service. When you cannot deliver food then why accepting it in the first place. Solutions has to be given by the restaurant ,not to be asked from the customer for their mistake. I ordered through dominos app, delivery got updated to Pallavaram instead of chrompet automatically. Who is at fault here? Can't blame the customer and cancel the order. Service: Delivery

We ordered Pizza, Garlic Bread, cheesy dip, classic stuffed garlic bread, Taco Mexicana and coca cola from this branch today at around 8.30 pm but it has not yet received till now .i.e. 10.15pm. Now when we are calling , no one is lifting the call what kind of scam is this... are they just making money out of this by fooling by taking fake orders.. What nonsense is this ? Is this a way to respond to your customer.. Dominos Pallavaram Sucks.....it takes unlimited time for Dominos to deliver the pizza , if you cant handle crowd on festivals or during holidays better stop taking further orders....Dominos Pallavaram really sucks....Not ready to give refund also....Better close down this branch....And Domino's are committing 30mins delivery....rubbish...
