Extremely disappointed with the service and hygiene standards at the Vilivakkam outlet. I received a completely wrong order, and one item was missing. When I called the outlet, they initially promised to deliver the missing item. I waited for hours, but nothing came. Upon following up, they casually told me they couldn’t deliver it and that a refund would be processed after two days. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The staff were lethargic, unresponsive, and borderline disrespectful. They put me on hold without notice and refused to communicate properly. Zero sense of accountability. To make things worse, I noticed shocking hygiene violations when I visited the outlet during Diwali — employees were bursting cracker guns inside the kitchen, not wearing gloves, and handling food (including pizzas) with bare hands. This is a serious health hazard and shows complete disregard for customer safety. Domino’s needs to take immediate action against such negligence. Strongly recommend avoiding this outlet until things are brought under control. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000

bad quality and poor taste, inside cheese not cooked properly, outside no cheese pull, very low toppings. can do better.
