Went to have pizza several times , but this one time they just straight up said no we can't give you one regular pizza as there was bulk order! It's just infuriating to have rejected when you just wanted to have a decent pizza. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So many times I went dominos always pizza was not up to the mark but yesterday especially my wedding anniversary mr.lakshmi made my day pizza was amazing and counter lady also recommended nice combos thanks guys Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Had a order from swiggy recently. Dominos delivers on its own and doesn't rely on Swiggy for delivery, to ensure 30 min delivery. But, for me.. It went beyond 2 hours! Order accepted on Swiggy, but it just went beyond time. I was not able to reach out to anyone on the store. Swiggy also provided a number that was wrong and not reachable. The store number that is shared in Google was not picking up the call at all. Total worthless experience from Dominos. They deliver the order after 2 hours, Upon asking what about 30 min delivery, the person was just blank.. no answer. He asked me to talk to the store to get any idea. Dominos help desk is another useless option.. they would resolve this issue within 24 hours! What about the payment made for the order? What about the food? And the 30 min delivery commitment? It's ok,that we can understand when an order is late. But this late and customer service is just insane. Worst experience. Food: 1 Service: 1
