Worst customer service .Waited for more than 15 mins to place order though there was no crowd the staffs were not interested to take the order no one was coming to the counter even though we called them so many times .The dine in area was not cleaned and AC was not working . Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

When I entered the restaurant today, there were no AC and I checked with the personnel there and they guided that the AC is not working in ground floor but all the customers at the first floor conveniently. Believing that, we ordered for our family of friends, post paying they said it will take 20mins for preparation and delivery (dine-in). We reached the 1st floor dining and found the worst ever ambience ever. Full of garbage and sauce spilled tables and floor. We asked the maid servant to clean it and they did. Though there were couple of AC indoor units available and showing 16• Celsius, there is not air at all. Only 2 customers where there, blaming these AC issue and the environment cleanliness issue. We reached back to the reception and expressed our concern. They said AC was not working from afternoon and sorry for the dirty place. We asked it for take away we were not able to bare the stinging smell all around. They told that it will take another 15mins post 20mins. But all the personnel’s are working continuously to deliver the outdoor online orders. We asked to cancel the order and they took little longer with discussions and finally they cancelled it. But no cancellation messages from DOMINOS or nothing. When we asked that, they mentioned that there was a server issue and I will get the money back. I never experienced these worst customer service including the ambience ever. People, if you are approaching this Velachery branch (Near Pizzahut), first check the dining floor on cleanliness & amenities availability then move forward.
