Visited this particular domino’s yesterday and was startled by the unhygienic and pathetic plight of the ambience. With a pungent smell and unsanitary condition it was overall the most worst experience ever. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Totally disappointed. I don’t know if Dominos is running out of staff, but please do not maintain it like this. Floors un clean. Toilet seats with urine in them, overflowing trash cans. If dining is difficult for you to maintain please shut down the dining facility and make it cloud kitchen only for online orders. The garlic bread tasted so blah..! The thin crust pizza was charred in the edges. It was Thursday evening, the moment I was about to place an order the guy taking orders is saying it will take 30 mins for the order to be served. Which is so unwelcoming. I even asked him “are you suggesting not to place the order and go home.?” For which he is saying he is keeping us informed since there are overflowing orders. But he gave the order in 20 minutes anyways. Even if the orders are overflowing, there are ways in which you communicate that to the customers. Dont shut them off in a way that they will feel bad coming to eat. Dominos please dont loose yourself. Cos I seriously love your pizzas. Food: Average; Garlic bread was pathetic; Veg.Pizzas were very average the least to say. Ambience: Looks like ACs were not properly serviced periodically. Sitting inside was feeling like sitting in a furnace. You can NEVER EXPECT REPEAT CUSTOMERS. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
