Honestly, Domino's Pizza in Bharuch is just okay. It’s not terrible, but it’s also not anything to write home about. The pizzas are what you’d expect — decent but not great. They’re usually OK, but there’s nothing about the taste that stands out. Service can be slow, especially when it's busy, so don’t expect lightning-fast delivery. Sometimes it takes longer than what they promise. The staff is polite enough, but the overall experience feels a little average. The outlet is pretty basic and nothing special if you plan to eat there. If you’re looking for something quick and convenient, it does the job. Less staff in store and got my food almost after 30 minutes. How they will deliver to homes in 30 minutes if they cannot serve in store in 30 minutes very disappointed and they also replied rudely while asking order status Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dominos is a fraud! First, you order something, and the product doesn’t even arrive. And even if it does, the quality has dropped so much—like the cheese has just disappeared from the pizza! You charge an average of ₹200 for a pizza, at least put ₹30 worth of cheese in it. And when you request a refund for a missing product, they put the money in their wallet without even informing you that it’s being refunded as wallet points, which can expire anytime. They don’t even provide any written confirmation. Who knows how much money they have swallowed from customers like this? On top of that, their customer care is useless—they don’t have any real power. To refund ₹170 into their own wallet, they need 7 days under the name of "processing." Is this their way of making fools out of customers? This was happend on 29th Jan when we order via IRCTC app, refund should not expiry in any case without written approval Improve your service and quality both guys Food: 1 Service: 1
