Today I ordered pizza for a meeting lunch at my office. I placed the order around 11:10 AM, and it showed delivery within an hour. Expecting the pizza by 12:15 PM at the latest, I was extremely disappointed when it arrived only around 1:10 PM. This delay was completely unacceptable — my entire team had to wait an extra hour for their lunch, which disrupted the meeting schedule and left everyone frustrated. I strongly urge you to either refund my payment or offer a free pizza for my next order as compensation for this poor service.
