I have visited your store today along with my friends and opted for dine-in, after getting our order we requested for water to the respective person (women) who was there at the counter, she provided the packaged drinking and told us to pay for it. So we ignored and specifically asked for a cup of water which all other shops were providing but she didn’t and replied that we use to provide from the stock for our employees use which is empty now so you have to buy. It’s a rule that you guys should provide the water in a cup at least. This how you guys were selling the products it’s really pathetic and Seriously we are disappointed with the service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Whatever you ask from the menu, the staff says it isn't available and this isn't one time.. every damn time. Why do you have the items in the menu if you don't serve. They ask you to order online while we want to dine in, why do you even have staff to take orders? We ordered for pepsi, we could see plenty in the fridge, but they said we can't serve unless we order it online. Severe escalation is needed. Will be dropping mail mail to higher-ups and escalate this Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
