Disappointing Experience with Zomato and Domino's Pizza I ordered a pizza through Zomato, expecting delivery by Domino's, but the pizza never showed up. When I reached out to both Zomato and Domino's, they just kept passing the blame, saying, "It's not our process." Still no refund, no clear response, and a lot of wasted time. What’s worse is that this isn't just my experience—many others have been scammed in the same way, left without their order or money. I expected better from both companies.
