"I had a very disappointing experience with the delivery service. The delivery boy refused to come to my doorstep and asked me to collect the order from the road outside my building. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. I expect better service and request that appropriate action be taken to avoid such incidents in the future."

placed the order at 7.30 pm.. received at 10.15 pm...after taking so many follow ups through toll free no, as they have given fake number so could not communicate also. Taste is average. We received cold pizza.
