Just visited this Dominos outlet.. Staff dealing was absolutely pathetic.. even Sandeep - Manger (who don’t even know how to talk to customer) of this outlet just refused to take order from us.. he was repeatedly refusing that all things that we were ordering are out of stock today (it was all intentionally) Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad service, nd staff rude behaviour, evening time team manager very stupid person, they dont accept my order, because they busy in online orders. And tell me for go another pizza shop. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Domino’s outlet. Right from the moment I stepped in, it was clear that this place is nowhere close to the standards set by other Domino’s outlets in the city. First and foremost, the staff was extremely rude and showed no concern for customer service. My order was unnecessarily delayed, and despite repeated follow-ups, they were only saying five minutes sir and same again and again even though I had received message that my order is ready. When the food finally arrived, the pizza quality was subpar—definitely not what I expected from a Domino’s. The hygiene of this place was shocking. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, with black dirt visibly stuck in the tiles. The tables were dirty, and to make things worse, there was a huge stack of used pizza boxes right at the entrance—setting a terrible first impression. If this is how they maintain the front area, I can’t even imagine what the kitchen must look like. Considering the premium prices we pay, the lack of basic cleanliness and service is unacceptable. The environment was so unhygienic and unpleasant that I had to sit in my car to eat rather than stay inside. This outlet seriously needs better management, staff training, and strict hygiene checks. Until then, I’d strongly advise avoiding this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
