I have got too many negative experiences to share about this branch of Dominos. I’ve been to several other branches of dominos and this one is by far the worst in terms of services. First and the foremost, their number is always switched off, there’s no source of contact. If you are ordering from home and would like to report about some issue [be it wrong pizza sent, order arrived late (crossed an hour the last time I ordered)for whatsoever reason. You’ve got no way to complain about this and you just deal with it sitting at home being frustrated for wasting your time and money. For dine in, the staff’s have a laid back attitude. Sharing some instances, you’ll have to wait at the counter until the staffs are done chatting about something, the preparation may take upto 30 mins (do visit if you’ve got lots of time to spend and you aren’t hungry), they alter the ingredients as it suits them. Idk why did I get a thin crust peppy paneer pizza when I didn’t customise it to one. When asked about it, the staff casually brushed it off saying “wo toh aise hi hota hai, ye thin crust nahi hai”. I can go on and on about this but these are the main concerns I wanted to highlight. I should’ve stopped going there or ordering earlier but since we have 1 Dominos in Ambernath, guess we’ll have to deal with it. I recently visited Domino's Ambarnath East outlet and was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of hygiene and poor service. The staff member responsible for packing the pizzas was eating the toppings directly from the pizza while packing it, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the establishment was lacking, and the staff displayed a noticeable lack of attentiveness. If this is the standard of service and hygiene in person, I can only imagine the quality of orders placed through delivery platforms like Zomato or Swiggy. I urge the management to address these serious concerns promptly to ensure the health and satisfaction of their customers. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹200–400
