I visited Domino’s at around 11:00 PM and had a very disappointing experience. Initially, the store staff told me the outlet was offline and asked me to place my order online. I ordered three pizzas for delivery, but later they told me to collect them from the store itself, even though I had selected the delivery option. The taste of the pizzas was very bad, and the quality was not up to Domino’s standards. They did not provide any chilli flakes or oregano. When I asked, the staff said that chilli flakes were out of stock since morning, and the oregano packets they gave were in very poor condition. I also noticed that the kitchen area had no hygiene. Employees were preparing food without using gloves, and there was no proper separation between the veg and non-veg sections. The staff’s behaviour and response were also very unprofessional and careless. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action regarding the poor service, hygiene issues, and food quality at this outlet. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was ok but the shop was not clean any table and there was no water available for handwash And the entrance air fan was not working properly. I suggest pls note these points and work this point carefully for future service.
