I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with your service. I placed an order on 10th may around 9-9:15pm but unfortunately, the delivery was significantly delayed. Despite the estimated delivery time being my order arrived at 10pm which was around one hour late. This delay caused considerable inconvenience, and to make matters worse, order was cold I expect better service from a brand like Domino’s, which is known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide an explanation for the delay. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1

Today, we traveled 45 km with family to go to Domino’s because when you think of pizza, only Domino’s comes to mind. But the experience we had today at the Savedi, Ahilyanagar outlet was unlike anything we’ve faced in Pune or other cities. The atmosphere was extremely dirty, the AC was off, and water was flowing across the floor — we were there for 1-2 hours, and no one cleaned it. Even at the billing counter, after waiting, the staff was slow and the menu was incomplete. We gave the first order, it arrived late, and the toppings were poor — I already felt their preparation wasn’t good. Later, since a guest joined us, we placed another order, and it was very delayed. My daughter kept going to the counter every 15 minutes asking if the order was ready. The staff wasn’t trained; they were just pretending to work. Their oven wasn’t working properly, yet they somehow gave us a cheese burst pizza that was absolutely terrible. When you picked up a pizza slice, all the toppings fell off, and only the base and cheese stayed in your hand. Somehow, the kids ate a little, but then my niece vomited there. The washroom wasn’t clean either. We decided to just leave everything and go to another restaurant. Today’s experience was extremely disappointing. A big international brand like Domino’s gets its reputation damaged because of such franchise outlets. Domino’s should take strict action or shut down such franchises altogether. Everything was greatgood food, great taste as always, thank you No stars for service because Just a small suggestion >it would really help if the app or store clearly mentioned the standard delivery area and any extra charges if the location is beyond that (like over 4–5 km) No one likes to be asked to pay extra after already paying service and delivery charges during the order,a heads-up in advance would make things smoother and avoid confusion Thanks again Food: 5 Atmosphere: 3
