Disappointing Experience at Domino's - Poor Staff and Service. My recent visit to Domino's was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the abysmal service and unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The employees seemed more interested in their personal conversations than in assisting customers. I had to wait an uncomfortably long time just to place my order, even though the store wasn't particularly busy. When I finally did get someone's attention, they were curt and seemed annoyed by my questions about the menu. The service didn't improve when it came to receiving my order either. The pizza was handed over without a word or a smile, and it was evident that the staff had no interest in providing a positive customer experience. There was no offer of plates or napkins, and I practically had to beg for a dip I had ordered. Overall, the lack of basic customer service was appalling. It's a shame that what should have been a quick and enjoyable meal was soured by such unhelpful and discourteous staff. Domino's seriously needs to invest in better training for their employees on how to interact with customers. I left feeling frustrated and certainly won't be returning to this location anytime soon. The worst outlet of Ahmedabad never respond to calls or instructions , place your order then they come in 35-40 mins instead of giving the order for free they say sorry that's it. Never order from this outlet , even there delievery partner don't have the courtesy to make the customer informed of the order.
