I recently visited Domino’s with high hopes for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell short in several ways. Upon entering, I was greeted with a lack of urgency from the staff. Despite not being busy, it took an unusually long time to take my order. When I finally did get to place my order, the employee seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which was disappointing. The dining area was not up to standard. Tables were dirty and the floor needed attention. This gave the place an unwelcoming atmosphere that made my dining experience even less enjoyable. Overall, I left Domino’s feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. I hope management can take these points seriously and make improvements to enhance the experience for future customers.
