I recently visited Domino's in Model Town, Panipat, and had mixed feelings about the experience. While the menu offers a wide variety of pizzas, and the food itself was delicious and served fresh, the dining environment left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the tables were not cleaned properly, which was disappointing. On top of that, the air conditioning was not set to an appropriate temperature, making it uncomfortable in this hot summer weather. To add to the discomfort, there were numerous houseflies, which affected the overall dining experience. The staff was courteous, and the service was efficient. The food, including the perfectly baked crust and flavorful toppings, lived up to Domino's reputation. While the food is worth trying, I hope Domino's in Model Town addresses these hygiene and ambiance issues to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for its customers. Sending Pizza which are cold and spilled. Rider is keeping colddrink bottles on top of Pizza box and dont know how to handle box. Manager Nitin talk rudely and refused to help.
