Delivery service is very bad and response from customer service is worst because I have complained on 17 September I haven't received any call from Domino's I think there 24 hours are still not completed Service: Delivery

I ordered pizza at 3:28 pm online but it was delivered late around 4:20. I even called delivery person to know why it's getting late and he gave me silly excuses like gas was empty n all. When he delivered pizza, then I asked about 30 minutes challenge which is company policy, then he called store manager at Panvel, Takka and he assured me that you will get cashback. I have all call recording and screenshots of everything. Still did not get anything and in the app, it's showing your order delivered at 3:44 pm. What a joke. There is no other way to register a complaint even. Kindly look into this matter seriously. My order no was 69. Service: 1
