Don't go to the dominoz inox signal because we came at 10:15 pm ahe they are said the shop is closed but in Google closing is 11 pm what should we do now ? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had ordered pizza at 9 pm on 11 may 25 and they were continuously showing order will be delivered in 28 minutes.. and then when it got delayed by more than 1 hr I called the zomato online executive through whom I had made the order. There after the status changed to coming to your doorstep. And thereafter the order did not come for more than 30 minutes. And when I talked with the dominos executive, he said that you may complain wherever you want, this is the attitude of the staff. If dominos is looking at this review please make sure the staff of poornima bus stop nashik needs to be teached a lesson for their attitude. They have also kept there phone aside so that no one is able to call them. Such a pity. Very dissatisfied with the service despite being such a big brand. They should be rated in minus. First of all they delivered our order after 2 hours. On that They delivered a completely different wrong order. We had placed an order for 700 rs and they delivered us not even a 200 rs order with only pizza mania that was not even a part of our order. When we called to check with the store, they won't receive the call. When we called the delivery boy asking why the delivery is late he rudely said it will take 1 more hour. When we asked him to connect us to the manager she was very mean and said we do not have enough people and enough delivery boys we will be late and cut the call if you want your order to be delivered. When we called again multiple times they just kept passing calls to each other and kept us on hold. After all this they delivered the wrong order. When we called the delivery boy again and told wrong order is delivered he abruptly hung up on us. The customer care number is useless. The store manager and people working there are useless. No value for customer and zero customer support. A pathetic store serving pathetic food. We are absolutely going to the consumer court regarding this behaviour and service. They should definitely be sued. And FYI, WE COMPLAINED TO DOMINOS OFFICIAL MAIL AND PHONE NUMBER ALSO. THEY GAVE NO RESPONSE. Food: 1 Service: 1
