Disappointing Experience with Dominos I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Dominos. The order was delayed, and when I finally received it, I was shocked to find that it was incomplete and incorrect. Despite the bill showing all items, the staff initially claimed the order was complete, which added to the frustration. I had to visit the counter multiple times to get the issue resolved, which was not only inconvenient but also stressful, especially with my 8-month-old baby in tow. The staff's lack of attention to detail and poor communication made for a terrible experience. Given the poor service and inconvenience caused, I wouldn't recommend this Dominos store to anyone. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their service and attention to detail. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely Disappointed — Not the First Time! This outlet always has issues. Whether it’s sending incorrect orders, taking way longer than the estimated delivery time, or saying items are unavailable — the experience is consistently frustrating. Half the menu is usually “out of stock,” especially basic items like chicken wings or anything apart from pizza. Sometimes the system is “down,” and you’re left hanging with no proper update. If you can’t serve the menu, why list it at all? Definitely needs serious improvement in service and inventory management. Worst customer service. First of all the delivery was late by an hour and when the order finally came the delivery partner forgot to bring garlic breadsticks and cheese dip. We asked him to go and bring it back (i live very close by ) but he refused and called the store. They refused to let the partner come back, pick it up and deliver the order , also they could've provided discount for the items that the partner forgot and could've let us had the pizzas but the store denied everything and cancelled everything. So we waited for an hour and didn't get a single item. The storesperson we called was very rude as well. Never order from this outlet. Infact Dominos should take some strict action against this specific store because this isn't the first time that it happened. It has happened with me previously as well. I do believe the staff cancels the orders on purpose and probably eats it. Have a look at this dominos! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
