Extremely Disappointed with the Service This is the second time I’m facing this issue. With this outlet. I placed an order with Domino’s at 10:02 PM on 17th May. After about 45 minutes, the order status changed to “Out for Delivery.” However, even after waiting another 30 minutes, the order had not arrived. When I called the store to inquire, I was told that the order was still in the oven, and they had marked it as “Out for Delivery” just to meet internal targets. This was highly misleading. Upon confrontation, the staff assured me the order would be delivered within 10 minutes. But instead, at 11:10 PM, the order was abruptly cancelled with the excuse that they had run out of inventory. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s. I hope they seriously address such issues and improve their service reliability. I’m never ordering from this outlet again, and dominos please do not contact me for coupons and compensation for the inconvenience.
