Had a terrible experience dining in at Domino’s. I ordered a pizza expecting the usual hot, fresh quality, but what I got was a completely undercooked mess. The dough was raw and chewy in the center, the cheese barely melted, and the toppings looked cold and uncooked. It was clear the pizza hadn’t spent enough time in the oven. Even worse, when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they Took same pizza and re baked but same result. Eating raw dough isn’t just unpleasant, it’s a health risk. This kind of quality is unacceptable from a global chain like Domino’s. Definitely won’t be eating at this location again, and I’d advise others to think twice before dining. After this I raised a concern in the dominos app, Ticket ID-16923363, I got 2 calls from Dominos but no voice from their side and call got disconnected, they called 3rd time to say that ticket has been auto closed since there is no response from me.
