Let me give you a big warning ..they don't prepare fresh pizza ,my guess is that they either prepare their most selling pizza beforehand or the base is stale but you will always be disappointed by the taste they serve ,I have atleast ordered about 20 times from this outlet and felt cheated about 80% of the time ,most pizza are stale just warmed up and delivered ,the only times I have not felt disappointed is when I ordered pizzas that aren't bestsellers and they have to prepare these fresh , if you really want to gamble then I would suggest ordering pizza which aren't the most popular and then only these cheats have to freshly prepare one for you ...... I wanted to add a few more observations 1)Initially when you complained you would atleast get a call from the outlet asking what was wrong now they are so used to the complaints they don't bother talking to the customer 2)most staff that I have interacted (mostly delivery personnel) aren't from the local area so I guess there is no incentive or motivation to serve good hot pizza ,they stack orders from different areas even if these orders are in two opposite directions so it's almost always late and the pizza is almost certainly cold 3) if you order any pizza from pizza mania menu you get a weird tasting pizza with smell of kerosene or paint ,I think it is the smell of the box hopefully not the ingredients Stopped ordering from this outlet... now if I have a craving I just go out to eat with friends Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
