The worst Domino’s outlet I’ve ever encountered—hands down. The service is pathetic across the board: dine-in, daytime delivery, midnight delivery—everything is a mess. They are consistently incapable of providing even the bare minimum of decent service. Deliveries are extremely late, and the pizza always arrives cold and soggy. I could understand a delay during midnight hours, but even during the day, there’s a delay of over an hour—despite their bold claim of 30-minute delivery. It's a joke. To make things worse, when you raise a complaint, the manager will call back promising a free order of equal value next time. But when you try to follow up, they stop answering entirely. Call the store and they pretend like nothing ever happened. This outlet is a textbook example of how to ruin a good brand name. Pathetic management, zero accountability, and customer service that borders on fraud. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My experience at Dominos, shivaji nagar, secunderabad. I felt strange at this Domino's. This is my first visit. staff is so kind to customers and also to some kids who are begging. When I was there, Staff allowed three kids to walkin to the counter, allows them to customers table to beg. Bit more strange is those kids are demanding staff to give somethingas if their friends are there. Staff softly replying and sending them outside and promising food when customers complain. But they were keep on coming back multiple times, demanding staff and begging customers at table repeatedly while eating untill they offer something and creating uncomfortable situation to the customer. Despite enjoying the pizza, i lost the joy of eating. Staff behaved like they knew them from longtime and don't mind they come back demand something. Do Domino's care about ambience and care about customer's comfort? Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
