I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered food through Zomato from Domino’s, but the order never arrived. Despite this, the app showed it as "delivered." When I tried contacting customer care, there was no option to report that the food was not delivered. Zomato support later confirmed that the delivery never reached my location. I also emailed Domino’s and received a call from a manager, but the explanation given was unreasonable and unprofessional. After that, there was no follow-up or resolution. This experience reflects poor service and a lack of accountability from both Zomato and Domino’s. I hope they seriously improve their delivery coordination and customer support process. If there was an option for negative I'd give it. I've have order different pizzas at different dates through the app, as this is the nearest outlet to my location it falls to them. And they have always delivered late, no proper tracking and the pizzas are always horrible. Burnt off cheese, no pizza sauce, dry dough and cold. My latest experience I have ordered a cheese burst double cheese pizza and same case the cheese burnt off, the cheese burst is watery and no pizza sauce order placed at 9:33 PM and delivered after 10:20 PM cold. The app shows order was delivered in 29 minutes, they updated it early to cover up the late time. I have add pics showing, order details and payment details give to delivery agent at door.
