Poor Experience with Billing Error at Domino’s Ansal Corporate Plaza, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon Ordered multiple takeaway items from Domino’s in Ansal Corporate Plaza, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. The app clearly showed a total of ₹1562.55, which I paid in full via UPI—no issues there. After 2 hours, they call me demanding an extra ₹72, claiming it was unpaid. I explained the app displayed that exact amount and wouldn’t process the order without full payment, which it did successfully. This feels like a clear billing mistake on their end, wasting my time and eroding trust.
