I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order placed through your platform. I had placed an order on L Havelp Online, where the total amount displayed on the app and in the final bill was ₹292. The bill was generated successfully, and payment was made as per that amount. However, after the delivery, the staff from the Gaur City-2 One Store contacted me and started demanding an additional ₹200, stating that the discount shown earlier was now removed. When I checked the app again, there was no discount mentioned or visible in my order details. The billed amount of ₹292 was correct and final according to your platform. It seems the error or “discount removal” happened from their side, not mine. Despite explaining this clearly, the store representative started arguing, shouting, and behaving very rudely, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I request you to please: 1. Investigate this issue and confirm the correct billed amount as per the system records. 2. Ensure no extra payment is demanded from my side, since I already paid the correct amount. 3. Take disciplinary action against the concerned staff at Gaur City-2 One Store for their misbehavior.
