The basic amenities, such as the washroom, are in extremely poor condition—you would not prefer to use it even for a simple handwash. The air conditioning is also not functioning. I requested to meet the manager, but was told he was busy with other work and therefore unable to meet. No one came forward to take responsibility on behalf of the store. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I was sweating profusely while eating pizza. The least offensive word I can use is "PATHETIC". Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Such a disappointing and frustrating experience with Domino’s. I recently received a pizza delivery that was not even meant for me—it was clearly meant for a different quarter, but the delivery person handed it over at my place without even confirming the order. Instead of sorting out their mistake, I had to take the responsibility myself and travel all the way to Sector 4 just to return a pizza that wasn't even mine. This wasn’t my fault, yet I ended up wasting my time, fuel, and energy to fix their careless mistake. When I reached the outlet, I expected at least a basic level of apology or acknowledgment. But to my shock, the staff just casually said, "Koi baat nahi" and brushed off the entire situation without even a hint of regret. There was no apology, no concern, no thank you for the effort I made to return it—nothing at all. The attitude was completely irresponsible and unprofessional. We were shocked by their lack of accountability and courtesy. Not even a simple “sorry” or “thank you” for taking the trouble to fix something they messed up. If customers have to go through this kind of trouble and are met with such a cold response, what does that say about their customer service? Domino’s should seriously train their staff on basic manners, responsibility, and customer handling. A mistake can happen, but how you respond to it makes all the difference—and in this case, it just made things worse.

I don’t recommend anyone coming here for pizza. Instead go for Pizza Hut. I had a horrible experience with this outlet. The food served was messy and sauces spillage all over the cover. Taco had no veggies and no sausages nothing. Highly disappointed with their service. After spending close to 1k this kind of quality is just not expected.
