The culinary quality at this Domino's outlet is passable at best—neither impressive nor outright unacceptable. However, the glaring issues lie in the abysmal standards of hygiene and sanitation, which appear to be entirely neglected. I ordered a Paneer Tikka Pizza, Lava Cake, and a Coke. Shockingly, the staff failed to provide any price breakdown prior to billing, merely citing that the rates were “not available in their system.” Payment was demanded in advance, and the bill was only issued after the order was prepared—a practice that raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. Equally troubling was the staff’s apathetic demeanor. Upon voicing a complaint, I was met with indifference and told, “We can’t do anything,” which reflects a complete disregard for basic customer service. This experience revealed a profound lack of professionalism, poor operational standards, and zero emphasis on customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope corrective measures are taken.
