I had a very disappointing experience with your service today. The delivery was not on time, and when the order finally arrived, the pizza was completely cold. To make matters worse, the behavior of Miss Jyoti was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with Domino’s, and it has left a very negative impression of this particular branch. I hope this matter is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken to ensure better service in the future. Ordered through zomato and received wrong items , same time raised the complain on zomato ... after half an hour delivery boy came back and saying why you raised a complain .... Better to avoid online order. They deliver undervalue and stale products. Store manager is shamelessly argue and defend it saying " App order nhi letey(like we came from future knows that they will deliver undervalue and wrong product), or holi pe toh aise hi ata hai".
