Kotdwar Domino's Disaster! Got a pizza from Kotdwar Domino's, but the mushrooms and tomatoes were so stale, they were practically auditioning for a zombie flick! Save your taste buds, folks! Food: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

Very disappointed with my experience. I had an issue with my order and reached out to the restaurant, expecting at least a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, they refused to refund the amount despite the clear problem. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers this way. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to be cautious—especially if something goes wrong with your order. I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. Not only was there an issue with my order, but they also refused to refund the amount despite the circumstances. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
