Yes it is, though a new as Dhaba but serve to all the best food in the city/town. I went there once Mr. Happy invited me to have a taste, I was really surprised to had the taste of the Dhaba as most of the restaurant could serve as they do. My wishes are with the Dolma Dhaba/Happy n his family since it is a family business as I know.
