the cake was stuffed into a small box . with a bad handwriting message written on it. the sides of the cake are attached to the box . when u r serving to customers do it well . very disappointed with the service . I want the refund for it

We ordered a customized cake for my sister's bachelorette party. We paid the deposit and confirmed the timings to collect the cake the day before. Anusha and her team got the timings wrong, so we couldn't get the cake that day. This was not the first time something like this has happened and I have run out of patience with their organisational skills. Extremely disappointed and will never order cakes from this place again. 100% do not recommend!
