I recently stopped at this hotel during my journey to Lonavala, hoping to grab a quick and satisfying meal, but the experience was so terrible that I feel compelled to give it a 1-star rating. I was already tired from traveling, so I expected at least decent service and fresh food, but what I encountered was the complete opposite. I ordered a simple paneer dish, thinking it would be prepared quickly, yet it took almost a full hour to arrive, which completely disrupted my travel schedule. The staff showed no sense of urgency or professionalism—despite repeatedly asking about my order after waiting far too long, all I got were careless responses and vague excuses. When the food finally arrived, it was a total disappointment. The paneer tasted old, rubbery, and completely lacking in freshness, as if it had been reheated multiple times. The gravy was even worse: watery, bland, oily, and had a strange aftertaste that made it almost impossible to eat. For a dish as basic as paneer, the quality should at least be edible, but this was far from it. What frustrated me even more was the staff’s attitude; they neither apologized for the delay nor acknowledged the bad quality of the food. There was no concern for customer satisfaction, and it felt like they simply didn’t care whether guests enjoyed their meals or not. Considering I stopped here only to grab a quick bite during my trip, the experience not only wasted my time but also left me annoyed and hungry. A place that serves such poor-quality food and takes so long to prepare a simple order definitely does not deserve any praise. The entire experience made me regret choosing this hotel, and I would strongly advise travelers heading toward Lonavala to skip this place altogether if they want timely service and decent food. There are plenty of better options along the route, and this hotel clearly needs serious improvements in both kitchen standards and staff behavior before it can be considered reliable. I rarely give 1-star reviews, but the combination of the hour-long wait, the terrible paneer, and the bland, watery gravy leaves me no choice. I hope they take these issues seriously, but until then, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food during their journey. Delicious food offering at divine by purnima. Being a punekar, it's extremely very important for me to find a restaurant with tasty food and good ambience. Was really unexpected to find such an awesome place to eat in Dhule. This is a multi cuisine restaurant. We had ordered manchow soup and chinese sizzlers. Service is very fast and staff is good. Rates are fare as food with same quality will cost me same in pune.
