Garnishing never goes out of style, aroma of ghee and spices was just tempting, loved it, thank you very much Dinesh Ji, would like to taste more dishes.
Being a vegetarian tasting haleem is impossible is what I thought until I knew there was Veg haleem too. Initially I wasn't interested but hearing positive reviews from a lot of people got me here.
The kitchen (Dipy's Kitchen) was smelling great with the aroma of spices when I entered, increasing my curiosity to taste this dish. The taste was very different and good with loads of ghee, dry fruits & fried onions with mild(intially) yet strong(after a few bites) flavour of spices. Wonderful experience to sit & talk with the Chef Mr.Dinesh Purushottam and with amazing food :)
