Dining Island is a small coffee shop located bang opposite the Mercantile Marine Department (MMD) building in Willingdon Island. They have limited outdoor seating and innovative decor giving a kind of Goan shack vibe. The catchy music is also an added attraction. If you are in the vicinity, this is definitely a popular place to stop by for refreshments. Atmosphere: 3
