Bad customer service. There is only one person to take order even if there is 50 people to eat . take more than 10 mins to get the menu. Why if the restaurant is having good business post some more good people to take the orders. At least make the menu online and post the qr code one the table itself. Add 2 or more guys to take the orders . Even if u provide good food bad customer services effects in long run mark my words. I wont recommendt this place for dine in its better to make a takeaway . I recently dined at Dining Room, a multi-cuisine restaurant. We tried butter naan, butter roti, butter chicken, porotta, nool porotta, and veg kurma with appam. While the food was tasty and flavorful, some dishes stood out more than others. The butter chicken and naan were delicious, but the porotta and nool porotta could have been softer and fresher. The portions were decent, and the prices were reasonable. However, the service was a bit slow, and the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staffs are also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Had a great time being here with my loved ones. The place is clean and it also has an aesthetic touch, presentation of the food is stunning, and you can tell that the chefs put a lot of care and attention into each dish they prepare. I would definitely recommend Dining room multi cuisine restaurant to anyone looking for a stylish and delicious dining experience.
