Dinesh Bhavan is a reputed hotel in Puttur known for its good food quality and taste. The service is generally prompt and satisfactory. However, I noticed that sometimes the owner or manager scolds the staff, like suppliers or cleaners, in front of customers, which feels uncomfortable to witness. It would be better if such matters are handled privately. The hotel can also improve a bit in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, a good place for dining with scope for improvement in management and maintenance. One of the Very Bad Experience
ಈ ಹೋಟೆಲಿನವರಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ಕಸ್ಟಮರ್ ಜೊತೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡ್ಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಕಾಣುತ್ತೆ.very rude behavior.ಟೇಸ್ಟ್ and ಕ್ವಾಲಿಟಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಫುಡ್ serve ಮಾಡ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಡ್ಲಿ ಅಂತೂ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬೆಂದಿರೋದಿಲ್ಲ.ದೋಸೆ ಅಂತೂ ಹುಳಿಯಾಗಿ ತಿನ್ನೋಕಾಗಲ್ಲ. ಭಾಜಿಯಂತೂ ಕೆಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಿರುತ್ತೆ (ಹಿಂದಿನ dinaddu)ಹೇಳೋದಿಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದ್ರೆ ಕಸ್ಟಮರ್ ಗೆ ಬೈತಾರೆ. ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ದೇವೋಭವ ಅನ್ನುವ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ತದ್ವಿರುದ್ಧ
