During the second and third occasion, we were served cold food that too was brought after 30 minutes of placing the order. I found the taste degrading with very passing visit. While waiting for your order you can hear other customers shouting, complaining regarding their delayed orders, pending drinks which are generally served after the meal is finished.
This is an usual day at Diner's Delight, I can tell you this because, when you complain to the 'only' waiter employed there, he sounds resigned and unapologetic. Though he manages to be polite while you register your grievance.
