Not worth the money – very disappointing stay I stayed at SS Silver Resort in Yercaud, The room had a bad smell from the moment I entered. TV was not working as they hadn’t recharged the subscription. They only provided a kettle — no coffee powder, tea bags, or even basic dips. The floor was sticky and clearly not cleaned properly. The room was not prepared before my check-in. The booking mentioned “Premium Room with Balcony” but the balcony was not attached to the room; it was accessible only from outside the door, which is misleading. The sofa in the room was in terrible condition with visible stains, making it unusable. The property looks totally different from the photos shown on Goibibo. When I asked about this difference, one staff member casually said, “That was updated 8 years ago, sir.” The only good thing was the separate water heater provided in the room. Overall, this property is not worth the price charged and fails to meet even basic hospitality standards.

Resort suitable for family, they provide 2L water bottles and also have free water outside the room. Room price are little high compared to other stays. They could have provided basic bathroom kits. Restaurant is available in the resort, it is very useful. Quality and taste are fine in the restaurant but price are high. Play area is very small and no activities in the resort. Suitable for just stay for nights.

I had a pleasant stay overall at SS Silver Oaks Resort in Yercaud, with positive experiences regarding room cleanliness, room services, and reception. However, it's unfortunate that i found the food lacking in taste compared to its pricing. Additionally, the issue with the Wi-Fi not working properly at night is inconvenient. It might help them address these issues for future guests. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4
