Food n service was always good, Ambience due to underground floor, there was a little heat and warm. But we enjoyed biriyani and chicken Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Worst experience at the hotel. A hotel should at least have a menu card — that’s basic. But there was no menu card available. People who eat biryani and non-veg usually like to have soft drinks — but no cool drinks were available either. The quantity was good, but when I gave some suggestions at the counter, the girl sitting at the cash counter showed a very careless attitude. She didn’t even bother to reply. She clearly didn’t care about customer feedback. Overall, a terrible experience. Worst hotel I’ve visited. They really need to learn from Dindigul Thalappakatti Biryani — that’s how a good hotel is run. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used to visit this place at times food quality is deteriorating over time Tonight, got pichu pota chicken for parcel dish looked / tasted/ smelled stale. Not worth it so many other options available in Kovai. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
