Very bad experience faced in Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant. We ordered Mutton Briyani and plain Briyani and crispy prawns. Crispy prawns were served first which was good as usual. Mutton Briyani which they served had some stinky smell which clearly indicated that it was old one, possibly previous day stock. We had informed to the manager and also suggested to taste it if he have doubt about our claim. He said sorry and assured to replace it with a new plate. Ten minutes later another plate was served and asked us to taste. This was also the same Briyani which they heated and served as new. We were not satisfied and requested him to taste it. He didn’t done. He neither accepted that it was old one nor said that it was a new one. Very bad experience we faced in Thalappakatti Restaurant chain of hotels. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
