Today gone there with my family for lunch exactly at 2.00 pm. Find not crowded. Ordered veg briyani, chicken 65 biriyani and a parotta. The chicken 65 pieces in the biriyani were very sour in taste. The veg kuruma and Non veg kuruma were the same and had no taste. Parotta was also not good. Additionally ordered a idichcha naatu kozhi varuval which was also a disaster. The Manager in charge came to every table and asked politely the issues in the taste, serving etc. We reported the same to him. The bearers were roaming here and there and never returned to our table for asking our further needs. The parotta was not served to my daughter even we were in the verge of meals. After reminding, it came some more minutes. We decided to conclude and ordered lemon juice. But bills only received incorporating juice . We again asked for it and we had to wait for another 10 minutes. Staff need to maintain their hospitality with the customers. They should be trained properly to deal with the customers. Disappointed, irritated with the service rendered by them. Being a regular visitor of Dgl, thalappakatti briyani today's experience was very worst I have never had it with the chain of Dindigul Thalappakatti restaurants. Hope these things will be properly rectified by the management. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
