Pathetic Packing Quality The packing team needs urgent retraining or replacement. The food was packed so carelessly that it looked like it was thrown together in a hurry. Zero hygiene, no attention to sealing or presentation. It’s a disgrace for a reputed brand like yours. Supervisory Negligence by Mr. Daniel The branch supervisor, Mr. Daniel, appears to have absolutely no control over the operations. Either he is grossly incompetent or entirely indifferent. Both are unacceptable. He failed in maintaining even the most basic standards of supervision. Inexcusable Contamination of Food To make matters worse, my Mutton Biriyani was wrapped or stored along with Tamil newspaper that had its ink literally spread across the food. This is not just unhygienic – it is a serious health hazard. Newsprint ink contains toxic chemicals and should NEVER come in contact with edible items.
