this is ordinary fried rice like a (street shop). I don't know if your cook will see the Schezwan fried rice or not. this is not a Schezwan fried rice this is ordinary fried rice. too much oil. Schezwan fried rice means it's like eating spicy. but this is zero 000. I am very disappointed with this fried rice
