I have visited many thalappakatti and I can assure you these guys take utmost care to maintain their reputation. 1. Service is great, they are trying to maintain a process. Informing customers about the preparation time in advance to avoid tussle. 2. The waiter recommended some good food combinations based on our choice of spiciness. 3. They are getting feedback about the food and service at the end to improve their process. 4. Food is also tasty and guntur chicken with their briyani was a great combo. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Briyani, BBQ Chicken Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

One of the better facilities of Dindigul Thalappakatti restaurants I've been too. While the menu, taste, etc are on par with the other locations like Chennai, Bengaluru, etc., their pricing has to be relooked at for a smaller town like Karur. While pricing isn't an yardstick I'd use, I've heard conversations about the price and quantity served being disproportionate.
