Disappointing Service, Could Be Better I had high hopes for Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant Velachery, but unfortunately, the service fell short. While the staff wasn’t outright rude, they were inattentive and slow. It took a long time for someone to take our order, and even longer to receive our food. It's not week-end though. Regular week-day (Wednesday). Water were never refilled, and we had to ask multiple times for basic things like tissue paper. etc., The food itself was okay, but the overall experience was frustrating. The lack of attention to customers made it hard to enjoy the meal. With better service, this place could be much more enjoyable, but as it stands, I wouldn’t rush back.
