Very poor service. Ordered a special chicken milagu soup as suggested by the staff. It was just the chicken curry gravy with water. When I complained, they told they will change it. The same was brought with additional water. Ordered lemon juice without ice and was brought with ice. Complained about the same and it took almost 30 minutes to get it. Very disappointed as the restaurant didn’t meet my expectations at all. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+

I had mutton biryani which was really tasty. The table waiting service was also good but not as much as you may expect. The ambience looks old but not that you will not like it. Overall, good food at a decent restaurant. Disappointing Service, Could Be Better I had high hopes for Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant Velachery, but unfortunately, the service fell short. While the staff wasn’t outright rude, they were inattentive and slow. It took a long time for someone to take our order, and even longer to receive our food. It's not week-end though. Regular week-day (Wednesday). Water were never refilled, and we had to ask multiple times for basic things like tissue paper. etc., The food itself was okay, but the overall experience was frustrating. The lack of attention to customers made it hard to enjoy the meal. With better service, this place could be much more enjoyable, but as it stands, I wouldn’t rush back.
