branch, traveling 4 km specifically for a dish I was looking forward to. However, when I asked for a takeaway, the staff told me the dish was “closed” and unavailable. But I soon realized that the same dish was still being served to dine-in customers.
This was disappointing because, like dine-in customers, I was ready to pay the same price. It feels unfair that takeaway customers are denied certain dishes while those eating at the restaurant are prioritized. Whether a customer dines in or takes food home, both should be treated equally.
I hope the management reconsiders this policy and ensures a fair experience for all customers. If you prefer takeaway, be aware that you may not receive the same service as dine-in guests.
