I’ve been a loyal customer of Dindigul Thalappakatti for over two years. I’ve ordered more than 20 times through dine-in, takeaway, Zomato, and Swiggy. But in my last few orders, there were missing items several times. When I called, they either refunded me or sent the missing items. Today, I ordered two Chicken 65 Biryanis and Black Pepper Chicken. But I only received one Biryani and the chicken dish. When I called the manager, he questioned me, saying, “How come items are always missing only for you?” Later, after checking the KOT, they realized it was their mistake and sent me the missing Biryani along with a complimentary Gulab Jamun. But who wants your Gulab Jamun when you keep messing up orders? Instead of doubting your customers, please focus on improving your service quality. You’ve lost a loyal customer. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
